Richmond Motor Club’s Scott Trial Committee hosted their annual Charity Presentation evening on Friday 15th March at The Kings Head Hotel, Richmond.
The evening started with Andrew Swainston, Richmond Motor Club Chairman, welcoming everybody and explaining the history of the Scott Trial and how Richmond Motor Club has raised over £215,000 for local charities since it took over the running of the trial in 1991.
The cheques were presented by 9 times Women’s World Champion Trials Rider Emma Bristow who has competed in the Scott for many years.
Emma presented the cheques to representatives of the various charities, many of whom expressed their gratitude and explained how the donation would be used.
A total of £10,000 raised from the 2023 Trial was given out to various charities (see below).
