Sherco Sign Euan Sim on Three-Year Deal for TrialGP
As part of its commitment to youth development, Sherco is proud to announce the signing of rising Scottish trials star Euan Sim, on a three-year deal to represent the brand at the FIM World Championship. Euan will ride the FIM Trial-3 class in 2025 and move into the FIM Trial-2 class for 2026/2027 seasons.
Euan’s deal with Sherco comes after an impressive international season aboard the Sherco 125 STF-Factory model. His performance exceeded expectations and Euan becomes the perfect example of how riders can progress through our Youth Academy Teams around the world and into our official factory team.
Euan Sim: “I am thrilled to be joining Sherco for the next three years. It’s a dream to become a factory rider for an amazing team like Sherco. I am so grateful for this opportunity and I would like to thank everyone who has helped me get this far and continues to support me. I collected my new Sherco 125 STF Factory model and it feels amazing, I look forward to getting the 2025 season started”.
In his debut international season at the FIM Trial3 level, Sim made a huge impact, earning his first GP victory in Belgium and a silver medal in the 2024 FIM Trial World Championship taking second overall. With his natural talent, dedication, and the backing of the official Sherco Factory team, Euan is poised for even greater achievements in the coming years.
Sherco’s Trial Team Manager, Albert Casanovas, commented: “Euan’s potential is undeniable. We have a strong plan in place to continue his development. His dedication and rapid progress have made him one of the most exciting young riders in the sport. We’re proud to have him as part of our team and can’t wait to see what he will achieve in the FIM TrialGP series”.
